Both US and India wants China to take NSG clearance before transferring Chasma reactor 3 & 4. China joined NSG in 2004, before joining NSG china had committed pakistan to build two reactor at Chasma, however under the pretext of old agreement china is trying to trnsfer two more reactors two pakistan.
