The proposed regulatory body NCHER will take away the Bar Council of India's power to regulate legal Education in country, the bill will also regulate other professional education which includes, Medicine, Engineering, Nursing, Accountancy and many others. In a nutshell the bill is mandated to remove multiplicity of regulatory bodies.

It seems the idea of granting official court language status to Tamil in Tamil Nadu Courts is gaining acceptance, yesterday a case was completely argued in Tamil.

A new bill which will repress the govt official tendency to file litigant in trivial issues is on the anvil. It is noteworthy that govt is the largest litigant, govt officials very often take the matter in court for the final decision to be taken by court.
